I am a hard working individual who is committed to getting the job done right. I am from Dallas, Texas and have lived in St. Louis for about four years. I graduated from Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Recreation, Sport, and Park Administration. I have worked for Foremost Fitness for about one year and really enjoy helping others acheive their fitness goals, by providing the best fitness equipment possible. I enjoy playing sports, taking long bike rides with my kids and going to the park. I have a wife Katie, two kids Carson Jr. and Heidi.
Jeremiah Garrett has dedicated the majority of his life to the fitness industry. He started his college career at the St Louis Community College where he played basketball. After two years he transferred to Lindenwood University to finish a degree in Exercise Science. Immediately after graduating he started personal training at a training studio in Brentwood and shortly after that started teaching health classes at the St Louis Community College he used to attend. Jeremiah was recently married to his wife Megan (who was inducted in to the Webster University Athletic Hall of Fame in 2016 for soccer) and they are looking to start a family soon. “Unlike many things in life, you only get one body. It isn’t like a car that you can just trade in for a newer, more improved version anytime something goes wrong. You have to continually work to improve and maintain the body you’ve been given. When guidance or motivation is needed to do so, I am here to help.”
